The chapel dedicated to the icon of the Mother of God “Pantanassa” (the All-Queen) was built over a healing spring in the new Annunciation Monastery. We painted its walls and dome.
A well inside the chapel keeps humidity high, so the murals were painted in KEIM silicate paints. They are vapour-permeable and lightfast, suit brick and concrete, prevent mould and mildew, and the painted walls can be washed with water without damaging the paint layer.
