Who we are
ananiya.art is owned by a sole proprietor (FOP, Ukraine) trading as the Ananiya art studio, Rivne. Questions about your data: info@ananiya.art, +38 (068) 990 77 00.
What we collect
Only what you send us yourself through the request form or the cart:
- your name and phone number;
- your email and preferred way of contact — if you provide them;
- your message, the items you chose and their options;
- the page the request was sent from.
To protect against spam we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address for 10 minutes — only to limit the number of requests, and never linked to your details.
Why
To answer your request, agree the details and prepare a proposal. We use visit statistics (Google Analytics) only to improve the site, and only with your consent.
Who receives your data
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The site relies on these services:
- Hosting Ukraine — website hosting (servers in Ukraine);
- Telegram — notifications about new requests for our staff;
- Google Analytics — anonymous visit statistics, only after you consent.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed for our work together, and no longer than 3 years, after which they are deleted. We will delete them sooner on request.
Cookies and data in your browser
Your cart and your cookie choice are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and do not reach us until you send a request. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you click “Accept” and are kept for up to 2 years. You can change your choice by clearing the site’s data in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct or delete it, withdraw consent or object to processing — write to info@ananiya.art. Visitors from the EU also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
